    Guys,

This August I will be taking part in the Tour De Munster charity cycle in aid of Down syndrome Ireland. In order to meet the required fund raising target I am organising a film night at Princes Street (Unitarian) Church Cork at 8pm on Tuesday July 5Th admission €10. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available to buy before and during the film. I will be screening the critically acclaimed "the Flying Scotsman"

    About Tour De Munster:
On Thursday August 11Th a team of 'leisure' cyclists will commence a demanding four-day 600km charity cycle which will take them through all the counties of Munster.
Participants in the 2011 Tour de Munster will each collect individual sponsorship and the tour will be accompanied by volunteers who hope to leverage the event with collections in the cities, towns and villages along the route.
Everyone participating in the event covers their own costs and all funds raised go directly to Down syndrome Ireland.

    About The Flying Scotsman:
Plot Summary:"The Flying Scotsman" is a true story based on the inspirational and remarkable Scottish cyclist, Graeme Obree. In 1993, this unemployed amateur broke the world one-hour record on a bike of his own revolutionary design, which he constructed out of scrap metal and parts of a washing machine. Shortly after Graeme broke the record, he lost his title when another cyclist beat his time. This only served to motivate Graeme to break the record again, while also battling mental illness.
