Dublin Airport Customs Payment

Maybe someone can help me with this? I'm trying to find out the legit way of bringing a ring back outside of Europe worth €2,500. From what I can find online, I need to go through the red channel in Dublin Airport and I can declare it there, but how do I pay?
I have a feeling they're hardly going to take credit card, and cheque is not an option for me, so will they take cash?
Revenue.ie has no information about payments and I can't seem to get a number to call and find out.
    Thanks very much.

I know I was thinking about that (and before any mods ban anyone, I would not do anything of the sort like not declaring it!;)) but if you do get caught it's double the Duty and the VAT which'll work out about €1600.

It's just with the receipt and certificate in my bag, if I do get stopped I'm stuffed. Just little anxious is all.
Don't get me wrong I'd love to go straight through, but if I'm proposing abroad, get stopped and asked to pay or have it seized, I kind of need to know whether to bring money with me or know how to pay. Besides, I've never seen an atm in arrivals? Not in terminal 2 anyway.

OP all the posts advising not declaring have been removed.

Only advice to be offered is contact Revenue or Customs and ask the question.
