I hope someone can help me with this problem:

I had to re-install winXP, which i did,and all is working fine until i tried to connect to internet, (hard wire, eircom). In Network connections, under lan or high speed internet i have 1 icon which says "1394 connection" net adaptor, I have a Conexant D110 V.92 modem installed and drivers up to date.

I think where it says 1394 etc it should be the modem name, but my problem is I cant get it to work.

Thanks in advance for any advise anyone can offer.

    Tom Greaney.
