not sure what colour that is - but if you're talking about a diy job maybe think about using colour b4 first? ;) what colour's your hair naturally? and is the result you're after lighter or darker than your original colour?

loving the colour you're wanting :D I doubt it'd take in your hair as is though... I used that colour b4 to strip dark dark brown out of my hair (I've long hair that was almost black towards the ends from all the dye) & got good results with it - but I guess everyone's different lol....

Think you might have to use colour b4 for it to take.

OP, my natural hair colour would be close to the shade you have in and I've been using the CCC 360 for a while now and have found it to come out lovely. It all depends on the intensity of the colour you want to come out with (in terms of the 'cherry' aspect). I find that in dull light or at night my hair looks almost black with it but under lights it has a really healthy shine and a lovely reddish glow and a lot of people have commented on how well my hair looks using it. Coverage wise its pretty good too, my only problem is it is very obvious over any greys you may have (probably not a problem for you :) but as a 26 year old with a genetic predisposition to premature greying I have plenty :(). I find that the colour puts the greys almost a bright pinky red but aside from that its a lovely colour and it wears out pretty well too!

oh i like the idea of just a little hint of red, as im quite pale, bright red might not look good on me.
i have pluck out one grey (panic reaction) and havent found any since *touch wood*
but that wouldnt bother me as its better than grey

I buy it in Boots as well (love that I get points :D) but yes it really is a lovely colour. Subtle but yet not if you get me :D I'm pale as well so I know what you mean about it being too bright. If you want it a bit brighter and more obvious I'd use the Colour B4, but I really like it as is!!

tried putting colour in, but it took to the roots verywell. not so much anywhere else, just used colour b4....we'll see wat it looks like now

Colour B4 is fab BUT you're going to need to leave your hair for a week or so before you put the colour you want in...or else it will probably turn even darker than the dark colour you were trying to get rid of.

You're supposed to use a light ash 6 wash dye afterwards.

    Good luck!

it told me i can dye my hair after i rinse out the buffer, my hair is like straw

Yes you should put loads of conditioner in it now and it will feel better.

I've used the product a few times myself and read literally hundreds of reviews for it, you should never even put in even a medium permanent colour because it will definitely go dark :(

The guy who invented it used to always respond directly to people on his facebook page, I think he's too busy now because the product has became so popular but he always tells people to use a 6 wash dye.

**** it anyway, wish i left it as is now, il have to my brother to go down to boots to get a light ash shade hair colour, can recommend any brand?
    cheers for the help

No sorry, I was only using the colour b4 to lighten my hair before I bleached it. Those 6-8 wash dyes can be very hard to find or you could get an ash blonde or light ash brown toner if you have a beauty supplies shop near you.

It is a brilliant product but it's not really a 1 day job which they don't really explain on the box properly.

On the plus side it makes your hair feel amazing after it (maybe not after this wash but after the next it will) because it takes all the years of dye out so it's as close to your virgin hair as you can get.

edited to add: you might be lucky if you decided to dye it the colour you want, I just said i'd warn you because i've seen so many reviews with people complaining that their dye ended up darker than before.

Maybe you don't need the ash colour now that I think about it, that seems to be for counteracting red or orange tones until the person can use the permanent dye so you might be ok using a 6 wash dark brown colour if you can find it.

I found this on his facebook page too

Although the box says 'Re-colour the same day' in most cases I don't usually recommend using a semi or permanant colour on the same day as using B4. Mostly because if you select the wrong shade it will go to the wrong colour again! However, most hair types are porous after using B4. This is because all the colour molecules have been removed so the hair is less full. After using B4 the hair is very clean and open. It's a perfect time to apply a rich conditioner as the hair will literally eat it up and hydrate. If you apply a colourant the hair can mistakenly think it's being given a protein conditioner and absorb all the colour molecules too quickly causing the colour to look darker than you had hoped.
