Nationwide on RTE player

    Check out today's (1/7/2011) Nationwide on the RTE player, it was covering old Super 8 footage and one story was about a motor rally in 1958 in Limerick/Clare area , some nice footage, starts at about 6 minutes in.

    That blue car in the garage behind the silver racer looks like a Hillman Avenger, going by the shape of the rear lights.

    Thats exactly what is, made between 1970 and 1976 before been replaced by the revamped Chrysler version.We used to have 4 of them back in the eighties.
