I'm not looking for advice, before anyone thinks this should be deleted.

Just wondering what the penalties are if a court order is broken? Fine, imprisonment, what?

It will depend on context, but prison or fine would be the most common. However, the offending party would normally be allowed rectify things first and punishment would tend to be a last resort.
