Missing Verification Image in PhpBB3

    Hi,

    Need a dig out here, total noob on SQL and PhpBB.

    I have set up a forum and all was well until I changed the style.

    It no longer displays the verification image when users sign up or need to make account changes. Tried removing the verification and instantly got hammered by spambots, so really I need the verification working again.

    As I said I am completely new to this and don't really know where to start, so any assistance would be gratefully received.
