    Hi
previously purchased a combined RWH and bio cycle treatment system for my new build at a cost of 4,300.00 Eur (Ex VAT). One of the conditions of my planning is that I must purchase 5 year maintenance plan. I've gone back to the manufacturer of the systems (I guess they have to remain nameless on this forum, but they begin with 'K') and they are asking for 1,700.00 (Ex VAT) to cover that. Are there other options, or am I stuck with going back to the manufacturer for a maintenance plan?

Just realised my original message may not be clear. I'm looking for suggestions on other companies, besides the manufacturer, who can provide a maintenance plan offering. Please PM any suggestions.

Just goes to show what nonsense that condition is - its after year 5 you're most likely to need the mfr's help, as it'll be out of warranty, and the system well loaded by then.............

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
