Vodafone wifi modem - smartphone connection problem

Help! I'm trying to connect my smartphone (Samsung Europa) to my Vodafone modem wifi but it just won't connect. Password is correct. I don't have a problem connecting to other wifi signals. Anybody know what the problem might be? Thanks
