Vapour barrier (a sheet of polythenewill do)

    Hey guys,

    Does anyone know the best/cheapest place to get a Vapour barrier for insulation in Dublin? Is there any substitutes that would do - tin foil?:)

    You can get plythene cut to length in most builders providers. I always get 1200 gauge the other stuff is too easy to hole.
