Motorola ES400 phone contact transfer from mobile

I have recently being given a Motorola ES400 mobile/PDA for work and have it all nearly set up but cannot move my phone contacts from my SIM card to the ES400 memory.I have a lot of contacts saved on both my SIM and phone memory and need to transfer to my ES400 unit.Has anybody found a solution to this,:)
