I was an opinionated enough little girl - I was going to be a pop star!

Now, I didn't manage to do that, but I wonder what my younger self would say to me right now. Probably, jack my job. Life is short and what is the absolute worst that is going to happen. At the very least, it would force me into a new situation, and, isn't life short enough to take chances?

Forget about what you would say to your younger self. What would your younger self say to you? And, should you listen???

I don't know. When I was 10, I had my life mapped out in front of me. All I had to worry about was my early bedtime, the fact that I had to eat dinner, and stupid school. I knew that, by the time I became an adult, I'd be rich and successful and I would take no shit from anybody.

I think I would like my younger self to come along and be my life coach.

When I was fifteen I really wanted long hair. I grew it after I left school but I've since gotten it cut, let it grow back and then got it cut again. My fifteen year old self would ask "why the hell did you get your hair cut after spending so long letting it grow?".
