netbook for handluggage

over the next few months i will be spending at least 4 days a week in uk/Europe with work. as a result of this i will be flying everywhere with ryanair with only hand luggage.
my current laptop hp 6370s 15 inch screen, is just too big and heavy to use on the go.
im looking for a ryanair friendly netbook. fairly fast, webcam etc. would prefer windows xp but i suppose there is no time like the present to upgrade to windows 7
from a quick search on here i found this:

spec looks great and has good reviews, but is it slightly too large in size?
