Spit or Swallow?

    Well... what do you do?

So I've moved in fairly recently to a new house-share and one of the girls takes a ridiculously long time in the bathroom. I decided to save time that I'd start brushing my teeth while in the hall. After a while I was done but had nowhere to get rid of it (other bathroom smells and the smelly housemate lives in the next room there) so I came to a head. What should I do?

I did what was needed to be done. What would you have done in the same circumstance, considering that both bathrooms are not available - spit or swallow?

Should I ask herself when she gets out actually?

I'd say after swallowing a certain amount of toothpaste you could fall ill. Or by saving money on breakfast - end up rich.

    Who the fcuk swallows?

You don't drink your bath water do you, so why drink the water you wash your teeth with so.

    SPIT!!

brush when you get to work. let the saliva rebalance the ph of your mouth after your breakfast. if you brush too soon after eating when your mouth is more acidic, then you'll cause some tooth wear, which will give you bother in a few years!

Spit it into a cup and use it to brush your teeth the next time.

Repeat until the liquid in the cup becomes brown :pac:

Good Idea. Hadn't thought of that. It certainly will pass the time, but may exacerbate my problem.

Spit it into Smelly Jims bed, I'm sure he wouldn't mind from the sounds of it.

Brush straight after waking up, otherwise you wont see the benefits of brushing. As all the plaque will end up in your stomach with your food.

Purchase glass/cup/container. Spit into it. Empty later in sink..or even outside.

I think you've gone a bit far in all honesty.
Here was a perfectly innocent thread and here you cum with your, with your filth.

I'm pretty sure Smelly Jim would do some insane shít if I did that though. He's a nice guy though... just smells a bit

Very disappointing thread. I assumed it was about the merits of the sexual shenanigans of Premiership footballers and how they might be encouraged to take up birdwatching as a much more pleasant alternative.

Spit it through the keyhole of the bathroom door and ask her to mop it up when she's done.

    Spit it.
The ingredients in this stuff isn't supposed to be a soup you drink every morning.

I think the OP gives them at night, then wakes up wondering how to deal with it. Not sure, could be wrong.

Bite the bullet and clean the other bathroom.

If necessary clean the other housemate.

don't brush your teeth, problem solved.

Unless your washing your teeth at the kitchen sink I would spit. You do realise the water coming from your other WHBs if from the cold water storage tank located in the attic.

Ya but she's got a short fuse when it comes to her bathroom time, I mean like if I'm in there longer than ten minutes showering Id briefly wonder if they thought I was abusing myself... I'm not saying both can't be done in that space of time  but ffs like 20 mins in a morning.

wait a sec, so if you brush last thing at night, why brush straight after waking up?
there's no point brushing before you eat, better to brush at the start of a gap between meals.

You brush at night to remove the bacteria built up during the day.

You brush before breakfast to remove the plaque that has built up over night. Otherwise you just digest it, which is bad.

Only my two cents on it btw, if its proven against it ill change my ways!

so in the morning, do you brush your teeth, eat, then brush again?
the plaque that builds up during the night should have little or no food/sugar to eat on so a well cleaned mouth before bed won't be causing much trouble.
