    Define inexpensive...

This one costs under €10 usually and it's lovely. Haven't heard a bad thing said about it yet anyway. Usually available in Tesco or Dunnes.

does it have to be SB only?

you'd get the Ned Sauvignon Blanc 2010
from Curious Wines for €10.99 at the moment.

CaudeVal Sauvignon Blanc is a French Sauvignon, in Molloys Liquor Stores at 7.99 is excellent - less herbaceous, more subtle & minerally than New Zealand ones. Highly recommended.

You can't really go wrong with a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc!

The Wine Buff in Sandycove (and other lolactions) have a 2008 GRAND BIREAU, BORDEAUX for €11.95. Absolute bargain.
