What happens after one year on JSB?

    Hi there

i am probably jumping the gun here, but if anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it.

I have been on JSB for 6 months (been working 11 years full-time prior to this). What happens if my JSB runs out and I go on to JSA? Is the amount I am on reduced?

I am not claiming rental assistance as I have mortgage protection on my home until March next year.

I have a tenant moving in but he will only be here until January and I don't think it will be easy finding a new tenant where I am living after that, although obviously that is the plan.

I am currently trying to save as much as I can from my JSB.

Will I get anything at all to help me with my mortgage or not next year? Are people losing their homes if they are making some payment each month, even if it is not the full mortgage? There is no way I can afford to pay mine, especially without a tenant.

    Thanks
