I always get my Efexor from a British pharmacy chain. Recently they switched manufacturers from W%&*% to P$%^&* last month.

I have been getting the most crippling dizzy spells when I am outside is this happening with anyone else?

Well, W%&*% were bought by P$%^&*, and have since become a subsidiary of them, so it's probably not a change in the tablet or anything like that, but rather a change in packaging to reflect the new owners.

Assuming you have been taking the tablets regularly, I suspect it is something else.

You really need to talk to the prescribing doctor / your GP.
