And i believe medcard can pay for boob job?..

I've heard of this, I'd say its fairly rare though. My understanding of it is that they will only offer correctional type surgeries where something is causing acute depression. They're less likely to give out the likes of boob jobs to those just looking to up their size, moreso granting funds to those with one sizeably smaller than the other and the likes.

Yeah, I'd probably get one or two things done. Nothing very noticable, subtle changes.

If it's done right then the results can be impressive and well worth the investment. For example the sex-change that Gerald Kean's boyfriend got would easily fool the casual observer.

I bet the OP was searching themselves :D

ive never looked into it but as far as i gather, the only boob jobs that you 'may' be able to get on the medcard is a reduction IF theyre so large they hinder your day to day life and possibly health too (including mental) - no enlargements or that
unless thats only on the nhs and theres nothing here

really wouldnt do it for purely aesthetic reasons. ive had enough surgery for health reasons so i wont ask for it!

that said - who knows. if something disfigures you in some way that isnt life threatening but makes you stand out in a big way

    Facially, no.

Couldn't imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a different person staring back at me - freaky!

I would consider getting a boob reduction, though, if I had the money.

What about an extreme difference in boob size? I wonder would that be considered. Like one is like this O and the other like this o and together like this Oo

Today there are many people who are opting for plastic surgery to look their best and these people are spending a lot of money on these surgical procedures. So, if you would like to opt for a plastic surgeon then it is always better to opt for a skilled and certified surgeon who is well versed with the complications which may arise after the surgery so as to guide you better regarding the post-surgical care.

I often watched programs about cosmetic surgury and for some people it becomes an un healthy obsession, some people can approach these things sensibly or have to get it done but others just get addicted to it.
Sometimes its down to the surgeon who advises extra work to be done and if insecure they usually fall for it.

I'd get a steel mohawk implanted into my skull and I'd get bicep implants.

Boob reductions should be outlawed :D

I want some cosmetic surgery, want those big lips like Leslie Ash and that 80's popstar fella who now looks like some freakish wankbag (you know the one, name escapes me, "You spin me right round baby, right round" etc) Anyway those lips will make up for my lack of ability in the swimming dept if I ever were to find myself in a drowning situation!

They should. Cant imagine why someone would want them. I suppose like penis reduction in most cases they are just the owner saying "hey look I have a massive knob" but never actually go ahead with getting the reduction
