is work life stressful for everyone, or is it just me?

    Im in a good job, but i there is a huge portion of it that i dont know.
    I am on client sites, praying something will not go wrong with the clients systems as i am afraid i will not be able to fix it.

    I take xanax ( only 125 mgs, smallest amount you can get) to help me sleep, otherwise i wake up in a panic.

    My stomach is in knots also a lot.

    Is life and work stressful in general, and does this happen to heaps of people?

    To me it seems everyone can manage fine and deal with stress and pressure, but it just gets to me and ties me in knots.

    If its just me then perhaps i need to look into a simpler job.
