I don't know if this is the right place to ask this or not but I'm just looking for a bit of advice, there is a guy in my life, and he has been there for about two years, we hang around with the same people, and are really good friends, the main problem is after nights out we can end up together. I've spoken to him and he doesn't want anything serious, most of our friends think there has to be something between us because we keep going back to each other, He's actually a genuinely nice guy, and if he was horrible it would probably make it easier. In Dec I broke up with the only guy I've dated since I met him, mainly because he wasn't the other guy. I need advice :(

You need to accept that he doesn't want a relationship with you, only a casual arrangement. If you aren't content with that, you'll have to stop getting involved with him. I think your friends probably mean well, but they're barking up the wrong tree here. He has stated he doesn't want a relationship clearly. I wouldn't ignore this fact and continue seeing him, because you're only setting yourself up for heart-break. I know you share friends with him, but I'd avoid being around him if possible, and certainly being left alone with him.

Don't just jump into a relationship with someone else either for the sake of being in one, because while you still feel anything for this guy it will only sabotage it - like it did with your last relationship.
