Any Universities that have level 6/7 courses in Ireland??

    It's mainly the IT's and independent colleges which offer level 6/7 courses, if you want to study in a university you will have to be prepared to go for a level 8 course.

    That said, many people (including myself way back in the day...) first study a level 6/7 Certificate/Diploma course in an IT and can transfer into a University to bring their qualification up to level 8. It depends in the course though, and what subjects or modules you have covered in your course which enable progression, the amount of places available etc. :cool:

    Anyway, here's the link for the points for level 6/7 courses in 2010, it gives you an idea of what colleges offer this level of course.     Not many, mainly level 6 and 7's are in the IT's, colleges and private colleges. The Uni's tend to just have level 8 courses. There is one level 6/7 course in UL, three courses in Trinity as poster mentioned above.
