I was wondering if all the seats need to be in the car for a test? Case: Ford Galaxy, with 2+3+2 seats, currently only 2+2. Do we need to put the other 3 in?

You need to have the correct number of seats written on the Vehicle Licencing Certificate present or it will fail and there must be a seat belt for each.
