    Hi,

I'm trying to find out if a property has a right of way registered on it ? Is there a website or some other layman's way of finding this out, or is it necessary to involve a solicitor?

    Thanks

Land registry would be a good place to start but just because you dont find a registration in a folio this dosen't mean that some one wont be claiming a right of way.
Right of ways very complex in law and peoples understanding of what type of right has been granted. Public -Private limits on use etc.
Tread carefully, it can be a mindfield.
