Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. We will be holidaying in Achill this summer and intend to bring our dog with us. The owner of the house we will be staying in has okayed this. There will be the occasional day where we will be taking trips out where it will not be possible to take our dog with us. We would rather not leave him unattended in a house we do not own and wonder if there was a Kennels in the area or surrounds where there was the possibility of leaving him in for the day. Also I'd like to hear from someone who may have used that Kennels and what they thought of it. Many thanks.

If you are coming anywhere near Ballina for the day you could leave him with me - I have two little girls, Shih Tzu's, my nearest neighbour is 3/4 mile away and have plenty of fields to run around in. No charge to a fellow board member - I just love dogs.

Hi Heather - I'd also be interested in a recommendation for a kennel in Achill - could you forward it on please?

    Thanks!
