Just another unhappy Pixmania customer

    I'm really angry with Pixmania at the moment. I ordered a camera off them and it took 3 months to deliver. They actually have the worst customer service I have ever come across. They don't respond to any emails you send them even though it is the recommended way to contact them. It says they will email you back in 24 hours but I sent about 10 emails over the 3 months and received reply's for 0 of them. I had to phone them numerous times after each new thing went wrong. First the package was lost, then it was out of stock, then they forgot to send it, then they only sent half the order etc..

    When it finally arrived I had to contact one of their third party sellers because an SD card I ordered with the camera hadn't been sent either. No email response from them of course. I try ringing them, their phone number is no longer in use. I then ring Pixmania who tell me that they can't do anything because 60 days have passed since I made my order. I'm going to annoy them for a while longer to see if I get anywhere. Will update when I have sorted this out.

    Well, I got nowhere. I can't even bring myself to ring them anymore. I'll never order from them again. Well done Pixmania, you've beaten me..
