Ok so I did this with the Zelda OoT release too and we all got a good deal in HMV, €39.99 on day of release.

This time, does anyone know where to get RE:M on the cheap in Dublin this Friday? Will it be HMV again? Or will places sell it cheaper due to the fact that people may not buy it due to it only have one save file which can not be erased?

I really want this spinoff game but €40 is way to much for what it is!!!!

    Torn so I am!

    Anyone know?

HMV tends to be at least fiver cheaper for new releases by default since the past 12 months so I'd assume this will be no different. The others really need to make some sort of an effort to compete. I paid 35 Euro for Portal 2 in HMV recently. How much is it selling for elsewhere? About 10 or 15 Euro more probably.

Decided to leave it till its €20 or so, not really worth it since RE4 HD will be out in the 'Fall' and already have RE5. Kinda waste of money now I think.

I refuse to buy this game until Capcom treats its customers with some respect.

    Get Resident Evil Revelations.
Mercenaries always seemed like a bad idea for a game to me.

Leave it 'til next Friday, when either:

    1. It's in the bargain bin.
    2. Capcom have learned the error of their way.

It's €39.99 in HMV, and you'd get 10% off (for €35.99) if you get a street pass hit from the hmv 3ds there (if they have it switched on).
