    Hi all,

Looking for a rack to attach to the boot of our Passat. We have no tow br on the car so it will have to go on direct. Need one for 2 bikes but don't want to spend the earth and want something that goes on and off fairly quick !

I bought one of these last week from the site below site. I thought it was the best to suit my car - a saloon Mondeo

I haven't had a chance to use it yet due to an injury but it looks good. Do a search on Youtube for a video on setting it up.

I'm looking at the 2 bike version of this for my car - just need to be in the country before I order it (probably from CRC -boo, hiss - unless I can find one in Ireland)
If you look on saris.com, It's a US site, but they have a vehicle fitting pull down which lets you know which rack will fit which car

I've got a Saris Sentinel I don't use any more (have tow bar mounted one now).

€40 collected from me in Clonsilla, Dublin 15.

You could fit a tow bar with a detachable hook. That way nothing shows when it's not in use.

Yeah, until you leave it on all winter and it seizes in place. Then it's an undetachable tow bar.
