Where to find beach sandals / flip flops?

I'm finally off to traipse around the world, soonish! But first ... where to find those cheap beach sandals, or flip flops, so that I don't catch some sort of weirdness while showering in student hostels? i'm sure they're everywhere in the Dublin city centre, but I'm just not finding them.

Dunnes and Pennys. they have all sorts, immitation Crocs-no more than €4,plactic flip flops,loads.
