In Wickow? Sure, go for it. It's got a nice view from the top. You just walk up and down, no danger or navigation, so you don't need any training or anything.

Agreed, the weather is fine now, sun, no wind, easy climb/ hill walk, you mainly drive most of the way up and then its a short scramble to the top.

Yeah, no probs today, but as always in Ireland dress for the weather!
I.E. Sunscreen - you could get scorched but not feel it because of the elevation and breeze.
Carry raingear for the unexpected summery showers!

The wind at the top can be quite cold so even if it's hot while climbing wrap a sweater or jacket around your waist.

Also, don't forget to stretch before and after. Even though it's an easy climb, beginners who aren't used to using those muscles would be sore otherwise!

    Enjoy.
