Cyclone HD Media player, 'no licence'?

    I bought this a few months ago, and got it working fine.

    Now when I switch it on it says 'no licence' and wont let me do anything.

    Does any one know what this means and how to resolve it?

    I suppose I could try and reset it as a last resort, but I don't know how to do this.

    Help please.
