Is using this with my X360 as simple as formatting it to FAT32 and away I go, or is there something more I should know? My 320gb (also from bargain alerts, in Dunnes :D) has done it's job at this stage.

    I got a 500GB Iomega from Pixmania.....

It wouldnt work with the 360, I tried everything. Eventually put it down to the USB slot not providing enough power for the hard drive to work properly. Ended up buying a media player for E70 and havent looked back, handy just unplugging it and bringing it to mates gaffs etc,..

But this is powered externally - maybe that would make a difference? It's a decent price for a great chunk of storage. If I knew for certain it would work on the 360, I'd buy it.

Yeah well if it's powered externally it probably will work, once you format it correctly. It's a great deal in fairness.

I hear your dilemma, honestly I don't know for certain.

Did some searching, couldn't find anyone using the 2TB with the 360, but people do use the 1TB. I'm going for it! Thanks OP :)

Arrived to me in work today. Already formatted it to FAT32, and have copied over some files. Will test how (if) it works with Xbox360 later.

    Thanks again OP.

Yes you can, know a fella that buys phones off them, will txt him for details.

He said, you have to register with them and send your tax cert and your letterhead for proof, if they approve you,you can buy without Vat.

Think you buy from Pixmania Pro if you've a VAT number.. could be wrong though!

Can't place the order, keep getting "Unfortunately, your order could not be placed, you can restart the process by clicking here." message. Anyone have a way to contact support? Need this badboy, my 500GB is on the way out.

Edit: Turns out they can't take Laser, even though the site claims to accept it. Boo-urns.
