6th Gen Celica: fitting front wings

Hey guys. I bought replacement front wings for my '94 Celica as I had damaged the originals. I figured I'd only need a quick google to get me fixing them but much to my dismay all I can find is guides on removing bumpers.
I'm sure I could get a mechanic to do it but I really should learn some easier jobs as my car skills (other than driving and working a petrol pump) are practically non-existent.
Can anyone give me some pointers or a link to a tear down guide?

Off topic but I swear it's so much easier to find guides to do anything with a computer than a car!
