Shoe Repair

I bought a very cheap pair of shoes in Penneys a while ago to go with a dress that I have for a special occasion. They have a detail on the side that was slightly similar to these shoes, but not quite the same. http://www.barratts.co.uk/en/dolcis-bejewelled-peep-toe-platform-132055 However, I've only recently noticed that on one of the shoes, the stitching is a bit off, so the detailing doesn't sit properly. It's a bit difficult to describe, sorry :o I was thinking of just looking for another pair elsewhere, they were very cheap so no harm done. But the colour is very awkward to match, they're the only shoes I've seen that have even come close to it, and I'm more than likely only going to wear them once. Could I bring them to a cobbler to get them repaired, even though it's more of a sewing issue than an actual shoe-specific problem?

Superglue? Maybe try find another cheap pair of shoes in black because it nearly matches anything.but superglue is my only idea for your shoes -if it looks ok but it might be awkward

Don't think superglue would do the trick, unfortunately. Black shoes aren't an option either as I'm trying to match with a brown, typical! :P Thanks for the suggestion though! :)

My cobbler has a sewing machine, have only ever seen them use it for repairing leather shoes but I think it'd be definitely worth your while bringing in your shoes & asking
