    hey

Ipod just kinda froze on me today...I cant get it to slide over to unlock....tried holding power button and round key at the same time to turn it off...but cudn get it to slide over to turn off either :/

was lookin up a few threads and discussions on this on other sites - this problem seems to be relating to water damage?

It definitely hasn't been water damaged im sure...cus it only sits in an ipod dock and comes to the gym wit me!!

Im letting the battery die down on it at the mo...and hope that wen i recharge it up it will work again :(

anyone any ideas?? or happened to anyone before??

    Thanks :)

You don't need to slide anything when you're doing the two button reset, just hold the two buttons until the iPod restarts.

it doesn't have to be in water to be water damaged. all the steam from the gym can do the same thing.
