Daywear comfy but trendy sandals

Hi there,

I am looking to buy a nice buy of trendy but comfy sandals that I can wear around city centre and for work etc. I have looked in Clarks, Schuh and Office. There are some lovely sandals out there but can be a bit thin-soled.. Then the comfier pairs are a bit grannyish.. Does anyone know a good mixture of comfort and style?

Not the trendiest shop on the planet, but I got a pair in Pavers in Blanchardstown. They're in the retail park. The brand is BioStep. Proper sole and leather detail. I've been wearing them nearly everyday, they're great.

If you can get your hands on a pair of "Rona Dazzle" sandals from clarks you will love them.

I have these three years and I swear to god they are the best thing I have ever bought. Ever. They are the most comfortable shoes I own and I could, and have, walk miles in them. AND, they're really nice! I wish I had bought every colour in them.

I got 2 pairs of Rockport sandals, and they are really comfortable. Not cheap in store but I got them cheaper on Amazon.co.uk.

I have looked at rockport and Ecco in clerys.. though they didn't have those lovely ecco ones in clearys.. hmm may have to look again.

They're nice but I'm not 100pc about them.. Just got them cos I was in a rush and I figured I could bring them back..

The hush puppies ones were out in pavers too but I just didn't have too much time to look at them and I have to say the staff were pretty unfriendly and abrupt.. I haven't tried on the other polka dot ones.. they look nice.. I suppose I want to wear a comfy sandal that doesn't look too 'earnest' if you know what I mean! I'm a bit worried the biostep ones I got are still a bit too grannyish....

Any thoughts/opinions appreciated!!
