DJ, Producer, Artist, Actor and Celebrity T.V Star, Goldie is a true 21st Century man. He first became known as a Graffiti artist in the 80's before rising to prominence in the mid 90's with his classic and influential "Timeless" album. He established the Metalheadz label around the same time and released a string of singles under Goldie and his Rufige Kru moniker. Metalheadz went on to be one of the biggest Drum and Bass labels and clubs. Goldie went on to become one of the scenes biggest artists with several albums and singles.
In 1999 Goldie appeared in the James Bond film "The World is Not Enough" followed by appearances in "Eastenders" and "Snatch." Throughout the 2000's Goldie has appeared in several Celebrity T.V shows, most notably "Maestro" where Goldie learned to conduct an orchestra.
However, for this show, it's all about the music and Goldie is still one of the best Drum and Bass DJ's out there. He makes regular appearances at Fabric in London and incidentally mixes the latest "Fabric Live " CD out July 2011. Proving that he still has what it takes as an international DJ. It's with great pleasure that will welcome this true Renaissance man back to Dublin. Recommended. Support from local lad DJ Gazz.
