    Hi just hoping someone can help me, I have finished my Hdip in computing course at LYIT and I am now applying for jobs. The problem I have is who to put down as an academic referee on my CV, I didnt really know any of my lecturers to well. Should I just contact the computer department and see if they can help?

    i would put down the course leader.

    regardless if you knew them or not, they know of you, and they have your academic record available for references etc.
