Cheap car parking

hi all I am doing a course on saturday and sunday on Washington street. Just wondering where would be a cheap place to park my car for saturday. I'm assuming street parking is free on sunday. I don't mind if its a car park or street parking once its cheap and within walking distance. Thanks
