Has anyone had any issues with their UPC HD TV box not connecting to the TV?

More and more often now I'll turn on the TV and UPC box to be greeted by a "No Signal" message on the TV. Changing to another HDMI channel and then back to the one the UPC is connected to usually brings back the signal, but lately I've had to hard power off the box and power it back on again before it will connect to the TV.

I have a number of other devices connected by HDMI, have tried different cables and HDMI ports but this doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
