    Apologies. What I meant to ask was where is sudocrem in relation to the public finances. Does it sit on the fence? Ok it might seem as if sudocrem is primarily for rashed up behinds but the question must be asked of where it actually stands. Should local authorities provide this substance for free? is it justifiable that an upstanding member of the public I have not been bequeathed the opportunity to claim it but must buy it in the shops? it serves an important purpose.
