    Hi guys,
Apologies as am complete technophobe, but I have an iphone and have not managed to install itunes as of yet, as I have no credit card- I bought an itunes gift card as someone said I could use that instead but it just says incorrect code when I try to set it up with that? Very frustrating- I just want to buy a couple of Apps like whatapp etc, can anyone explain, can I set it up any other way? Thanks

Do you own a visa debit card, if so you could use this. Alternatively you could get a 3v or 02 money card, they act similar to a credit card and should let you do the same thing.

I think if you find a free app on the app store, and go to download it, you can set up an account without entering a credit card. I think that's how I was able to set up a US iTunes account without a credit card.

Edit - if you google "set up iTunes account without a credit card" you get a handy link on apple's site:

Create an iTunes App Store account without a credit card

O2 money card is brilliant for this - just put the basic amount on it to use as your iTunes guarantee & top it up if you need to purchase
