Hopefully she get over her injury problems get a good run in Berlin and come into London full of confidence. Will take some beating to get the best of Shobukova and Keitany next year so she needs to get a good fast one in before that if she is to stand a chance of a medal in London

You get the feeling that she's beaten her body up so much at this stage that it's only her support team plus her own determination that is keeping her going. I'd think that, without the need to post a qualifying time, she'd have kept her last big effort for 2012.

Certainly the younger women have hunted her down now and it would be great to see a fully-fit Radcliffe giving it one last shot for a medal in her sixth Olympics.

Not to be pedantic but think it will be her 5th Olympics to the best of my knowledge.

    1996 - 5th
    2000 - 4th
    2004 - DNF
    2008 - 23rd I think

I'd love her to get a medal. It would be a travisty if she ended her career without one, but I dont see it happening. I wouldnt be shocked if she doesnt even make it to London, through injury.

Really hope I am wrong and she ends her career in style. One of the greatest ambassadors of our sport.

Quite correct - I double counted her two DNFs in 2004.

Since its London, I wouldnt be surprise if she gets the medal once she stays fit.

Be great to see it happening. Her book is brillant but she is totally mad in the head when it comes to running !!!
