I found a camera in the back of a taxi on Baggot Street on the 25/06/11 around 2.30am.

It is 12.2 mega-pixel black Samsung camera. It has a mirror / camera at the front for self portraits. It was in a black case.

The owner appears to be a female teacher / parent in St Francis School. There is a picture with a young lad winning what appears to be "Sport performance of the year." The owner seemed to be at the Neil Diamond concert in Croke Park recently.

If you know who might have lost this please PM me.

Have you contacted the gardai? They might have had enquiries about it already.

Tried calling/texting any of their contacts ? Theyre far more likely to know the owner than your average boardsie ..

Did you not give it to the taxidriver??He would know where he dropped off the owner,or failing that he would leave it into the carrage office. You taking the camera will hinder the owner getting it back.

Not always the case, imo it was better for him/her to take it.

I would print off a picture(s) which would help identify the owner and forward it to the school with a note.

Also might be worth posting a pic on these sites :)
