blocking texts on htc sensation??

i have a htc sensation for last couple of weeks, good phone.
does anyone know if its possible to block text messages?

i have successfully blocked a certain number from calling me but cant seem to see anywhere i could block the texts coming in.

vodafone cant do it, has to be from the handset.

I use Handcent on the Desire HD. On that if you long click a message you get an option to Blacklist the number so it won't notify you of a new message and won't display the message in the list of messages in the Handcent app.

I think the messages still go to the stock messages app but you wouldn't see them if you were using Handcent. You'd also have to turn off notification on the stock messaging app. That's no big deal though, Handcent is much nicer than the stock app on the HD.
