It all depends on the mAh the higher the better more energy is stored in the battery, but because its a lipo it has a higher C rating so it will be able to kick out more power and the gun will use it, so a 1500mAh lipo probably won't last as long as a 1500mAh nimh battery because it is being drained quicker. Don't take any of that as fact some one might reply later telling me im wrong do a bit of searching yourself.

Depends... how long is a piece of string?

Mr X15 is right, It all depends on MAH, and C.

basically, how much power the battery holds, (mah) and how fast it lets it go, to be used (c)

1800mah, with 30c, may only last as long as 1500mah, with 20c...

What do you want? A very reliable battery, thats small, powerful for its size and voltage, or some insane rate of fire monster?

if you want the former, 20-25c is perfectly fine, as for MAH... it depends on how much you fire. What is a whole skirmish for you?

1000 rounds? 2000 rounds? 4 quajillian thousand rounds, and a spare bag just in case?

roughly, 1mah equates to one bb under normal conditions. So you may want 2 1500s, or a 1800 for the average player.

I personally have no problem lasting a whole day with a 1500mah 25c lipo in most of my guns.

Plus, semi uses more power than auto... so that factors in.
