Hi i've got my learners permit and am just starting out learning the basics (gears etc.) with my dad. I'm just wondering is there any good quiet places in and around north dublin with open spaces and little/no traffic that you can just practice the basics without much trouble? :)
you can pm me if you don't want everyone else to know your secret spot thanks ;)

The Dublin Industrial Estate is quite after 6. Watch out for HGV learners.

Also there's a few churches in the factories around there so you have to watch out for kids running about.

It been a few years since I did lessons out there. Didn't know they'd found a use for the empty units.
