MCAS courses

Looking for some advice on these courses...

I'm out of work at the moment, and recently did the ECDL through FAS-eCollege, and wondering what's the step-up like, say going from ECDL to MCAS in Access, for example?

I didn't have too much difficulty with the ECDL, most I needed for any one of the modules was probably Access, 6 or 7 hours probably, as I'd never really used it before, and pretty much absorbed it fully.

Is there really much to the MCAS for the other 3 Office applications (Word, Excel, and PP)? If I was to do any, I'm thinking Access may be the most useful to me (background is Science/Biochemistry), or would there be any other courses available to me that might suit me better?

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice or direction.

had to look up MCAS, they still call it MOS in my FAS centre. :)

nearly finished the MCAS myself, just have to sit the Access and I'll have my master title. (doing this as a day course, :( )

In my opinion, if you grasped the subject in ECDL, your good to go for the MCAS. All the subjects are just more intense.
