    Anyone have any opinions on starting a small home-run property management company in the current climate?.... Would there be sufficient need for it?

    Hi Darragh, I work for a property company in Dublin, the rentals market is good there is alot of business out there. There is alot more DIY landlords out there but if you offer a good services you will make alot of business. Good Lucky
