Does anyone else have an issue with their bumper catching on some kerbs, not even really high ones. The bottom of both of my bumpers are in shit because of this.

Is there anywhere that would repair this given that it's just plastic or will I just have to live with a bumper that looks like a page that's been through a shredder.

My bumper would get smashed if I let it anywhere near most kerbs. They are just too lw as standard now.
Be more careful is the answer imo. They are not bumpers in any way or form anymore.

Makes me wince when I see someone do it and then reverse back to get it off... It often seems like the whole bumper will get ripped off!

Anyway, they are only going to get lower for mpg/aero reasons, the current Golf Bluemotion for example has a pretty low airdam.

    Welcome to my world :(

My EK will scrape off kerbs and speedbumps if I go over 20kmhr

My EG had this little problem on speedbumps over 15 too...here's the reason
