Who do I petition in Irish Rail RE advertising?

I see there has been no ad on the bridge at Lwr Gardiner St for several weeks now but the base and spotlights are still there. I don't know if this a permanent move or connected to the recession but I'd like to see it become permanent, perhaps as a start to a full refurbishment. This should really have been done when the Loop Bridge was fixed up several years ago.
Who can I contact regarding this?

Irish Rail Infrastructural section maintain the bridges while Commuter Advertising Network (CAN) manage ad spaces for CIE. If you contact either section they should be able to help you better on this matter.

Tonight, I noticed one of the North Strand(?) bridges was without also.

Essentially CIÉ had an agreement with the council to remove some high profile advertising on bridges once planning permission was in place for advertising to go in elsewhere.
